Josu Larrea Aguirregomezcorta’s work lives at the crossroads of instinct and precision, where handmade, analog-driven processes breathe into life. His practice is divided into two complementary worlds: design and painting, each informing the other in a continuous dialogue of shape and expression.
After studying graphic design at BAU (University Centre of Arts and Design) in Barcelona, he began his professional career at the Gina Guasch Team studio, working as both designer and illustrator. He has also been working as a freelance designer to this day. Today, he prioritizes building a square where design and painting complement one another.
